We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sam James roastery and warehouse in Toronto to see behind the scenes of some of the city's best coffee. As coffee enthusiasts, we were extremely excited to see the process of what goes into making some of our favourite brews. Sam walked us through his amazing facility from the beans, to roasting, to packaging and even brewed us an amazing signature espresso while we captured a day in his life.

It's also nice to get feedback on what we do best: fleece. Sam mentioned he is a big fan of our sweatpants and keeps his closet stocked with them. It makes sense if you think about it — coffee and sweatpants just go together like Michael and Scottie, Big Boi and Andre, peanut butter and jam.
