Please email with your order number, reason for return, and tracking number once it is shipped out.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same, as new condition will be eligible for a refund.  Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase. The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.


If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please place a new order for those items and return the original item(s) to us.  We will issue a refund upon receipt.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Any item that is shipped collect or requires the payment of courier/freight costs upon return will be refused and not accepted. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Please note that if you are returning goods from outside of Canada (ie: United States), customs brokerage fees will be incurred.  If you pay these fees up-front with any courier (ie: UPS, FedEx, USPS), they are likely to be USD 40.00 or higher. 

We have secured a low rate of USD 15.00 for brokerage  fees with UPS.  We recommend taking advantage of this rate by shipping your items back with UPS.  

UPS will bill this amount to us and it will be deducted from your refund.  If you do not use UPS to return your merchandise, we may be billed more than USD 15.00 and will have to deduct it from your refund. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
