Shipping Information

Canadian orders will be shipped via Ground and delivered through Canpar.

US orders will have the option to be delivered through UPS or DHL Express.

International orders will be delivered express through DHL Express.

All orders Ground or Express will be sent with a tracking number once dispatched from the warehouse.

FAQ

Is there a retail store where I can try the garments on?

Unfortunately, we don't have a retail store. If you are local and would like to try a garment on, we have some styles and sizes hung up in our Brampton office. Please email info@houseofblanks.com to let us know what day and time you would like to stop by. Please note that all orders are placed online, we are unable to place an order for you or charge you for one at our Brampton location. Please place the order online in advance.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out. Sometimes there are delays due to busy seasons, sales, or holidays. Please allow for extra processing time in these cases. Note: This is for retail orders only, wholesale orders generally take longer to process, please visit the FAQ on our wholesale website for more details on wholesale processing times.

How will my order be packaged?

In order to reduce our plastic waste, we have removed polybags from our processes. Instead of individually wrapping each product in plastic, we use sheets of kraft paper to wrap the items before putting them in the mailing bag or box.

How will my order ship?

Canadian orders will be shipped via Ground and delivered through Canpar. US orders will have the option to be delivered through UPS or DHL. All international orders will be delivered through DHL. If you are local, you will also have the option to pick up your order.

I am local. Can I pickup my order?

Yes. If you wish to pick up your order, please choose that option at checkout. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email notification that it’s ready for pick up. Please do not come to pick up your order unless you have received the confirmation email.

How will I know when a product restocks?

If a product is out of stock, please use the “Notify me when available” button to sign up for the restock notification.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?

Orders shipped outside of Canada or the U.S.A. may/will be subject to applicable taxes, duties and/or import fees by your local government. We have no up-front knowledge of these fees. The carrier will attempt to collect these fees at the time of delivery. Should they be unable to collect these fees, the shipment will be abandoned and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please research what import fees are applicable in your country before placing orders.

Return Policy

Please email info@houseofblanks.com with your order number, reason for return, and return tracking number.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in the same, as new condition will be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase (eligible for exchange only). The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please place a new order for those items and return the original item(s) to us. We will issue a refund upon receipt.

Shipping Fees:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any item that is shipped collect or requires the payment of courier/freight costs upon return will be refused and not accepted.
