We recently visited Gremlins Bicycle Emporium in London, Ontario to catch up with the boys and see what they’ve been working on in their shop and service department, as part of our ongoing Maker Series.

Gremlins started out of a basement shop in London, Ontario, founded by Carson Lessif. It wasn’t until the spring of 2021 that they officially opened to the public. They began servicing and selling bikes of all types, sourcing from collectors and marketplaces across Ontario. With supply chain issues caused by the pandemic, the Gremlin boys focused on refurbishing vintage bikes with the goal of diverting waste from landfills and offering quality bikes and components at a fair price.

In spring 2023, they settled into their current location in downtown London, where they now offer a wide selection of vintage bikes, along with components, accessories, their in-house brand, and more.
